Did I Miss Anything?
We're in our new apartment and going through the process of unpacking. This afternoon, the cable guy came and restored our media link to the outside world. My wife is now able to the read the reaction on Television Without Pity to the article about them in tomorrow's New York Times Magazine. And we've got all sorts of new channels, so we can watch Monty Python's Flying Circus and English Premier League football.
And of course, I'm able to post entries in my Weblog again, after a couple of days with no one but Samuel Beckett and my wife to keep me company. I'm always happy to be with my wife, but Mr. Beckett is not the most comforting of companions. And for the record, we had sixty boxes of books, records, CDs, DVDs, and videocassettes. Are we media people?
